You can opt to receive your item in the following ways:
- Collection from our branch: Stop by and pick up your item.
- Redirection: Get it delivered to an alternative address (i.e. a workplace).
- Redelivery: Have the item delivered to the same address again.
- Redeliver to a Delivery Link Partner: Have it delivered to a New Zealand Couriers Delivery Link Partner (Agent & Collect / Send Point).

We will keep your parcel for up to 5 working days at the nearest depot, after which, if no response is received it will be returned to the sender.
Yes, you can collect your parcel from one of our branches. When you go to choose your redelivery options on the Card left tool, just ensure to pick “Collect from depot”.
Yes, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a different local address on the Card left tool. Ensure that you allow for Authority to leave when you do this. Find out more about redelivery options here.

Our couriers may have left a notice card if they were unable to access your property or if there was no one available to receive the delivery. Please view our delivery options here or contact your local branch to arrange redelivery.
Yes you can get your parcel redelivered to your nearest branch. However, for parcels you wish to pick up earlier than the scheduled delivery date (for a parcel sent on a Friday, scheduled delivery is the following Monday) we charge an $8 Saturday search fee. This is due to the time taken for our staff to locate and process your parcel.
There are no costs associated with arranging a redelivery. However, we only attempt deliveries twice. After the second attempt you will need to pick up your parcel from your local branch.
