Set up an account (unless you already have a courier account with us)

If you already have a courier account with us, you are all set to send internationally with us too. If you don’t have an account, it's fast and easy to apply and it'll save you lots of time and hassle in the future. Go here to complete our application form and you’ll be on your way to having your freight cross the oceans!


Work out the costs, packaging and addressing

The cost of a shipment is calculated on the destination, item type and volumetric weight. Go here to find out more. Then you'll need to package and address your item correctly. If you're unsure about anything check here.


Fill in the forms

All international items require a consignment note. If you are sending a non-document, an invoice is required for Customs purposes. For a Declaration Form a commercial invoice is required. This may seem a little daunting at first but you can get help filling out our paperwork here. And, with our priority service and enhanced liability cover options you can receive even greater efficiency and security.


Keep a reference

At this time you need to make sure you keep a copy of the consignment note for your own reference.


Book your courier then track and trace

You can now book your courier either online or using our VAN number. It's simply now a matter of tracking your delivery to its destination. Any queries you may have are handled by our reliable and familiar New Zealand Couriers team, just call our International Help Desk on 0800 655 010.
