Send a Parcel’ – Courier Service for One-Off Shipments: Send a parcel from the comfort of your home, all you need is a printer.

Our ‘Send a Parcel’ service is specifically designed for those who need to send parcels occasionally but do not hold a regular account with us. It’s an ideal solution for one-off shipments, providing all the convenience of our standard services without the need for account setup. How it works?

1: Parcel Details – Begin by packing your item and logging onto our website to enter its dimensions, weight, and destination. Choose to have your parcel picked up from your location or drop it off at any of our nationwide branches.

Step 2: Purchase a Label – Use our secure online platform to buy your courier label. This can be done easily with a credit or debit card. Our streamlined process ensures that your label purchase is quick and hassle-free.

Step 3: Prepare for Despatch – Once you have your label, print it out, attach it to the top of your parcel, and then choose whether to drop it off at a branch or schedule a pickup.

Important Update for Lower Volume Senders:

Prepaid Tickets and Charge Labels Phase-Out

For our prepaid tickets and charge labels users, there’s an important update. With the Prepaid Tickets being phased out by June 2026 and charge labels no longer being accepted from July 2025, now is the time to start considering alternative electronic ticketing options.

Benefits of switching to electronic ticketing:

  • Validated addresses mean better first-time deliveries
  • Reduction in manual ticketing errors
  • Improve your processing team’s productivity
  • Pay after delivery, rather than purchasing tickets up-front
  • Better visibility of tracking
  • Easy reporting on your logistics
  • You can print to your current A4 printer or to a dedicated courier label printer – your choice

We’re here to help ensure a smooth transition! Also, if you only send a few items a month, you can use ‘Send a Parcel’ to continue to send parcels easily and efficiently. If you’re unsure about the best option for your needs, reach out to us—we’re happy to assist!
