September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and 10 September is Wig Wednesday. Each year our teams take wearing gorgeous funny wigs very seriously and make a huge effort to raise funds and awareness for child cancer.

Important changes bring opportunity
With Pre-paid tickets phasing out it’s time to transition and electronic ticketing is faster, easier, and packed with benefits.
As your business delivery partners we’ll help you get the right solution for you sending needs:
- If you use Pre-paid tickets to send 25+ courier items a week, ask us for more information on ‘Electronic Ticketing’.
- If you are only sending a few items a month, you can use ‘Send a Parcel’ to continue to send parcels easily and efficiently.
In March 2026 the cost of Pre-paid tickets will increase by 5%, in July of 2026 Pre-paid tickets will be phased out. Get in touch with your local branch so we can help you make the move to the most efficient sending for you!

New Zealand Couriers is refreshing the look and feel of customer invoices/statements later this year (Q4 2025). There will be a staged approach, with the first step being a small change to how invoices are laid out.
