By becoming a ‘known customer’ you can minimise the screening requirements of your sending – saving time, money and unnecessary stress too. If you’re sending internationally regularly this is the simple process that’s well worth completing.
The 'known customer' process ensures that only the intended items of cargo are contained in the consignment and are kept in a secure area, where they cannot be tampered with prior to collection of the consignment.
