Book a courier to pick up a parcel

Once your package is ready to be picked up you can book a courier. Your driver will collect it during their next available courier cycle. If you have book outside of normal business hours your courier will come to collect your parcel on the next business day.

If someone won't be at the delivery address to recieve the parcel, do not tick "receiver name required" on the ticket, and please write delivery instructions on the item (eg. leave in letterbox / at front door).

Remember my details  |  Clear my details

For mobile numbers, you shouldn't need the '0' or '02X' prefix e.g. for 021 234 5678, either enter '212345678' or '2345678'.

If you don't remember your PIN or don't have one, call us on 0800 800 841 to get it sorted and save time.

* 'Clear my details' and 'Remember my details': You can set default values for the Phone Number and PIN. Simply type in your Phone Number and PIN and tick the 'Remember my details' box. You can also erase them by clicking the 'Clear my saved details' above the form.
