Card Left

HOME : Card LEft

Have you missed a courier delivery and received a card left resembling one of the two versions of the card pictured below? This means that our courier was unable to deliver your item to the address specified at the time they tried to make the drop off.

If your card left resembles the version on the LEFT, you must call 0800 800 841 to make arrangements.

If you have one of the cards as pictured on the RIGHT, you have the ability to coordinate receipt of your item online by clicking on the Card Left Online button below.

You have three options for receiving your item.

1

Collection from our branch: You may choose to come to the branch which has your item to collect it yourself.

2

Redirection: You may choose to have the item delivered to an alternative address (i.e. your workplace) instead.

3

Redelivery: You may choose to have the item delivered to the same address again.

4

Redeliver to Agent: You may choose to have the item delivered to a New Zealand Couriers Agent.
